Welcome to Geyserland Bikepacking Adventures #

Geyserland Bikepacking Adventures promotes bikepacking in the Rotorua region. As well as providing information for bikepackers, we hold a series of events each year to encourage riders to explore this wonderful region and learn more about bikepacking.

On this site, you will find information on:

• The Events that we put on each year.
• Bikepacker-friendly Connections between Rotorua and places in the Waikato, Taupo, and Bay of Plenty regions so you can make up your own routes.
• Various Camping options you may find useful.
• A collection of Rides in the Rotorua district that you can use for shorter bikepacking trips, or for training.
• Various Links to other sites that you might find useful.

We only ever use publicly-accessible roads and trails — there are lots more rides you can do, especially in private forests, but we don’t encourage these.
